From the first caravan in 1968, the Camp Site became everyone's Bank Holiday, long summer and autumn break. For our caravanners and motorhomers, glampers and tent guests we offer as many facilities as you could wish.

Situated in Sproatley and in the heart of the countryside, you are able to find our holiday park in the middle of the Burton Constable Estate, which is described as a hidden gem. Our holiday caravan park is owner-based with 400 caravans and lodges that are all privately maintained by individual families. Established in 1968, we offer a variety of camping facilities to make sure that your experience with us is second to none.
