Our Lodges make the perfect holiday home in rural East Yorkshire

Our stunning, well-equipped holiday lodges are home from home and provide the ultimate luxury escape. Based in the friendly village of Sproatley, East Yorkshire, our holiday park boasts a variety of Lodges in stunning settings. Wycliffe Park is our primary development of superb timber-clad holiday lodges within the Burton Constable Holiday Park.

Safe, Secure Surroundings

Wycliffe Park, a multi award winning leisure facility, boasts secure access and landscaped grounds with a range of lodges available for purchase. Lodges range from 13ft to 22ft wide and from 32ft to 60ft long, and may be already available, or built to order and customised to suit the needs and preferences of individual owners.

Lodge Ownership

Lodges may be occupied for up to 50 weeks of the year with a competitive annual site fee and up to  a 40-year licence agreement. Prices naturally vary according to model, size, and features and start from around £69,995. Please note that all lodges are holiday homes only and proof of your main residence is required.

New Monaco 40x20 2-Bed – New Lodge

The Monaco Duo is undoubtedly stylish and big on space, with an open-plan living area and panoramic views from the twin patio doors. The superb open plan lounge is complete with 2 quality sofas and colour coordinated curtains along with a well-equipped kitchen close at hand and a practical utility area in the next room. 

This delightful 2-bedroom lodge provides space, comfort, and relaxation for those well-earned breaks. The above are just some of the many characteristics that come as standard with the 2017 Monaco Duo, which has been built to the new BS3632-2015 specification.

(2017) Atlas Portfolio 38x12’2 – 2-Bed

Offering luxury and style coupled with double glazing and gas central heating, this premium holiday home is not to be missed. In the kitchen, there is a high-level oven for easy reach and plenty of cupboard space. The Portfolio offers a spacious lounge with a pull-out bed for those occasional guests, and also has a lift-up bed in the main bedroom for extra storage. A truly beautiful holiday home, there is also an en-suite bath with a shower as well as a separate shower room for your guests.
